Seating Reservations are open, please see this thread for updated positioning. This will be updated regularly from now until the event. Seating reservations will close at midnight on Friday, December 5th. Seating reservations should be emailed to wookie@valhalla.net.au

Anyone taking advantage of our "Bring a lady friend" promo - buy a ticket and bring a lady friend free, needs to register that female attendance only if that person is bringing her own hardware for the event. For further information please see this thread. Ladies ticket registrations should be included in seating reservations as well.

The cost of a Pre-Modded Wii to pickup at Valhalla will be $480.

Web Server Maintenance

The server that hosts this website will be down for maintenance on Sunday November 9th beginning at 10:00PM CST.

The server will stay online during this time however while the Apache service is recompiled the website will be unavaliable for an estimated 30-45 minutes. During this time an "Under Maintenance" page will be displayed.

December Valhalla Monster Post

Tickets will be available from all outlets by the end of the week, and are available at Gamequest immediately. We expect all tickets to sell out, as we've had sellout attendances for almost every lan event this year. Please note that Iseek Brighton will no longer be selling tickets for Valhalla.
Our ticket outlets are:

GameTraders - Marion
GameTraders - Salisbury

Cost

All tickets from outlets remain $20. Each ticket does entitle you to bring a female person to the event for free! This person can be a daughter, wife, girlfriend, aunt, grandmother, mother or indeed anyone of the female gender. People wanting to bring a female for free need to register their ticket by emailing wookie@valahalla.net.au if they are bringing computer or console hardware (including laptops). There is a discussion thread here

Tickets for the January 17th Lan will be available at the event for just $10. There are only limited amounts of these tickets.

Seating Reservations

Seating reservations are now open. Please be advised that we have allocated extra seating for this event due to our promotional activities. Seating requests must be accompanied by ticket numbers, and should include any ladies being brought to the event as free entry. The reservation map and discussion thread can be found here.

Competitions
Valhalla is proud to present its first "Ladies LAN" with a number of ladies only competitions encompassing console, pc and sporting genres to be included on the day. There is $100 in prize money on offer as well as they usual prizes. Ladies coming as free entry should be registered only if they are bringing pc or console hardware.

Valhalla, together with Sublime PC Gear is also pleased to be bringing back the $500 Counterstrike Source Competition at the request of the community. There is a 12 team minimum requirement for the full prize money to be paid out, and registrations of interest are required here

The full competition timetable is shown below, please note that the Ladies Comps have yet to be decided and timetabled, but the rest of the timetable should be considered preliminary in nature. Discussion on december competitions can be found here.



Miscellaneous
Be advised that warm weather is expected, and dress accordingly. The Red Bull girls are expected in the afternoon for those of you partial to the odd energy drink!
